Like basketball or just dribbling a ball? The 2nd Annual Downtown Dribble will take place on Saturday, September 1, prior to the Liberty vs. Washington Mystics game at 4 pm. For fans who missed it last season, the Downtown Dribble package includes a ticket, a t-shirt and a basketball at one low price of $25!
The Downtown Dribble is a collaborative effort between the New York Liberty, the City of Newark and its community in support of the city's Let's Move! Newark initiative. Taking place on September 1st prior to the Liberty game vs. the Washington Mystics, 1,500 fans will dribble in downtown Newark for a one-mile walk to strengthen community bonds and promote a healthy & active lifestyle.
