My daughter, Keeva McLeod, has been blessed to participate in two compilations by Tenaria Drummond-Smith, founder and visionary of Awesome Women On The Move. Please consider supporting them in their literary efforts:

I was inspired to do an Inspirational Journal because I wanted women from different walks of life to write from their hearts so that readers could glean from their experiences.  If we could put a smile on someone's face, then we know that this isn't just another journal.

It's my desire for everyone who reads this prophetic Awesome Women On The Move Prayer Book to feel the power of anointed prayer coming from these pages.

Kevin Suarez is a young man I have known all his life.

He is now venturing out into the world as he has just graduated from high school in the Bronx and will be going on to a local college here in New York. Kevin is active in his community, as an Usher and member of the Communications Ministry at his home church, Beulah Baptist Church. He is also "Youth of the Year" Ambassador at the Madison Square Boys and Girls Club. I have known Kevin since his birth, and his mother, for many, many years. However, in recent years, Kevin has been an active member of my Youth Ministry. He, and his mom, who has been deemed legally blind could really use our support in helping Kevin to pursue his future goals as a Cinema Studios major at the College of Staten Island. Immediate funds raised will specifically be used to secure his room and board and assist with items necessary for his dorm room, as well as any initial college entry fees involved. Whatever assistance you can give to this young man in pursuing his future goals will be a blessing and will be used for his college journey. Thank you in advance for your support.

Informational Site: KidsHealth

If you're looking for information you can trust about kids and teens that's free of "doctor speak," you've come to the right place. KidsHealth is the most-visited site on the Web for information about health, behavior, and development from before birth through the teen years.

One of the things that make KidsHealth special is that it's really four sites in one: with sections for parents, for kids, for teens, and for educators.

KidsHealth is more than just the facts about health. As part of The Nemours Foundation's Center for Children's Health Media, KidsHealth also provides families with perspective, advice, and comfort about a wide range of physical, emotional, and behavioral issues that affect children and teens.

KidsHealth cannot take the place of an in-person visit with a doctor, who can perform examinations and answer questions. But we can provide unbiased, reliable information to help you and your family pursue good health and wellness for a lifetime.

Judge for yourself at http://kidshealth.org/, available in English and Spanish.
